Employee SMS Terms
Effective August 21, 2026
These terms apply to operational text messages sent by First Choice Tranz LLC to drivers, aides, and other authorized staff who provide their mobile number and agree to receive SMS communications.
Program purpose
Messages may include route and schedule updates, weather or road delays, work confirmations, training reminders, safety notices, and other company operational information. This is not a marketing program.
Consent and frequency
By opting in, you authorize First Choice Tranz LLC to send recurring operational text messages to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment.
Opt out and assistance
Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or call 845-321-9037. Employees who opt out may contact the company office for operational information.
Carrier notice
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile service and network availability.
